During the next few days, you will see different types of results as they are updated:
- preliminary results: results from election night.
- validated results: official results validated by each returning officer. They are made available within 28 days of election night.
- results as certified by a judge (if applicable): results following a judicial recount. (We will publish that phrase only if we have judicial recounts: Click here to view all judicial recounts).

Please note that results displayed nationally, by province/territory, or by major centre will not be updated with validated results.
